Fred Woodley is Managing Partner of Sabinal Capital Fund. Fred holds a Master's law degree from New York University and besides the former practice of tax law has for many years acted as President and owner of the largest hog farming operation in Texas, in addtion to which he also managed the operations of a large scale commercial grain farm.   Since the sale of these operations in 2006 Fred is actively involved in seeking out investment opportunities in mid-size to large businesses.   Tom Woodley is a former public practicing Certified Public Accountant with experience in federal income tax issues including the appraisal of companies for tax and civil matters.  The son of Fred Woodley, Tom was also active in the mangement of the hog and farming operation for sixteen years.  Prior to this time Tom had been associated with former San Antonio Mayor John Gatti in the operations of UNCO Venture, the venture capital investment subsidiary of Underwood Neuhuas & Co., Inc.  Tom has also served as Investment Manager of San Antonio Venture Group, Inc., an SBIC venture capital company.  Tom holds a Masters in Public Accounting and a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
